SLC 2014: Polytron's Machine Safety Checklist

Oct. 29, 2014
The systems integration and engineering consulting firm has also developed a Job Hazard Checklist; they're both easy to use tools to prevent injuries in a manufacturing environment.

Polytron has a focus on machine safety and helping customers build a culture of safety. The checklists allow operators to conduct a audit of their various workspaces to ensure optimal safety conditions.

In this way, the checklists can act as tools for employee participation and risk assessment.

In this video interview, Polytron's Betsy Brannen tells EHS Contributing Editor Lauren Watters how these two tools can help companies socialize positive safety practices.
