Sandra Whitaker Bell, University of Oklahoma; Julie Mathen, Murray State University; Christopher Meffe, West Virginia University; and P. Chandran Achutan, University of Iowa, each will receive $3,000 scholarships from 3M.

Winners were selected based on academic excellence, commitment to the profession of industrial hygiene and related work experience.

In addition to providing the scholarships, 3M will sponsor the students'' travel to and accommodations at the AIHCE.

The purpose of the luncheon is to honor these scholarship recipients and to heighten the awareness and importance of proper protection and safety in the workplace, according to 3M.
