OSHA Form 300A Data Deadline Approaches

June 27, 2018
Electronic submissions are required by July 1.

Employers are required to electronically submit their 2017 Form 300A data to OSHA by July 1.

Companies employing 250 or more workers currently are required to submit their injury and illness records.

In addition, organizations with 20 to 249 employees in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses, such as agriculture, grocery stores, construction, manufacturing, utilities and postal service.

There are three ways a user is able to submit data: through manually entering data into a web form; uploading a CSV file or transmission of data via application programming interface (API).
