Sustainability will play a role in the 47th Dornbirn Man-Made Fibers Congress (Dornbird-MFC) in Dornbrin, Austria, with issues including the growing population and prosperity, the new set of energy and raw material problems, the “ecologisation” of products, produce specialization and differentiation and the shortening of product development cycle time and time to market. Themes include new developments in fibers; sportswear; safety; technical textiles; non-wovens; and EU research projects.
