Two levels of directory listings are offered:

  • Basic: Includes company name, city and state, phone number, and areas of expertise. This listing is free.
  • Premium: Includes complete contact information including company name, address, phone number, fax, e-mail, Web URL, and areas of expertise. Premium listings are available to companies that purchase display ads in the November 2002 issue of Occupational Hazards.
