Use these four tips to find ways to reach millennial workers.

Managing millennials – well – isn’t as simple as plugging new hires into the same business systems that have been used for decades.  

That isn’t to say they (we) expect special treatment; rather, it’s a recognition that different life experiences and social norms shape us all in unique ways, from generation to generation.

Reaching millennials, really, is just finding ways to connect with new workers to create an environment in which they can use their strengths to become valuable members of the team.

“This generation is much more plugged-in to trends and products than any other group. Recognition needs to be more frequent. It is equally important the recognition is coming from peers as it is from supervisors,” said Paul Gordon, senior vice president of sales for Rymax Marketing Services, whose company offers the following four tips for managing millennial workers.
