Hazard Communication (1910.1200) was second - just as it was last year - with 6,704 violations.
Fall Protection - Duty to Have Fall Protection (1926.501) for construction ranked third with 6,378 violations.

An OSHA spokesperson cautioned that the figures are preliminary and will be updated later this year, although the order of the top 10 list likely will stay the same.
