Description

A compelling strategy for success starts with demonstration of actionable leadership, integration of people, processes and technology, and comprehensive stakeholder engagement. Dura Automotive leveraged a comprehensive SWOT Analysis at each level of the organization to build a multi-year strategy roadmap for EHS excellence. This in-depth analysis identified different perspectives, created a buy-in for the transformational programs, and earmarked intermediate milestones for a reality-check and course-correction, if required.

In this webinar, Jessica Jannaman, Director of EHS&E at Dura Automotive and Tina Duffy, VP of Product Management at ProcessMAP, will discuss:

  • How a comprehensive SWOT analysis within the organization helped Dura Automotive align resources, competencies, operational programs, leadership commitment, and comprehensive employee communication to build a multi-year action plan
  • Integration of culture, feedback, policies, processes, and procedures to support different initiatives within a strategy roadmap; and
  • How to leverage technology to achieve SMART goals tied to time and cost parameters
