A strong, visible safety commitment from management is the basic component of a successful safety management system. Yet, so often, leaders say that they have a high value for safety but act as though it is a distant second to quality, productivity, and cost. During this webinar, Ken Adam with DuPont Sustainable Solutions will discuss the concept of felt leadership and ways that management can exemplify attitudes and behaviors that permeate all levels of the organization.
