Edwin G. Foulke, Jr., Partner, Fisher Phillips

Edwin G. Foulke, Jr. is a partner in the Atlanta office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. Ed also serves as President of Fisher Phillips Safety Solutions LLC.  Prior to joining Fisher & Phillips, Ed was the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.  Named by President George W. Bush to head OSHA, Ed served in that capacity from April 2006 to November 2008.  During his tenure at OSHA, workplace injury, illness, and fatality rates dropped to their lowest levels in recorded history.  For more than 30 years, Ed has worked in the labor and employment area, focusing on occupational safety and health issues.  He also served on the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Washington, DC, chairing the Commission from March 1990 to February 1994.  Ed has been named one of the “50 Most Influential EHS Leaders” by EHS Today magazine for several years and named one of the “50 Most Influential EHS Leaders” in the United States by Occupational Hazards magazine. He is recognized as one of the nation’s leading authorities on occupational safety and health issues.

JoAnn Delao, HSE Manager, Hunter Site Services

JoAnn Delao joined the Hunter team in early 2015 where she is currently the HSE Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing all activities pertaining to health, safety, and environmental. JoAnn strives for and is achieving a strong safety culture at Hunter Site Services and has been an integral part in spearheading the development of a successful Safety Management System Policy and Standards.

Nathaniel Miller, Sr. Regional EHS Manager, Schindler Elevator Corporation

Nathanial Miller, Sr. is an EHS professional with 26 years of progressive experience in various environments such as; wood-products, high-speed manufacturing, nuclear, chemical and distributed services. He has a passion for assessing EHS cultures and deploying ideal behaviors throughout the organization and proven leadership skills involving strategic planning, performance and world-class EH&S culture development.

Steve Bolton, EHS Research Director, Verdantix

Steve Bolton leads the Verdantix Environment, Health and Safety research practice. He has 25 years of experience advising on sustainability, EHS, circular economy, corporate social responsibility and other business value topics. Steve received a Bachelor's degree from The College of William and Mary, a Master's degree from Duke University, and an MBA degree from James Madison University.
