Kathy joined WorkCare in 2018 as a regional occupational health manager and transitioned to her current position in early 2019. She is an executive health care operations leader with a background in business development, team building, customer service, sales and marketing, and training. Her clinical experience includes onsite occupational health nursing. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Salve Regina University, Newport, RI. She is a certified Case Manager.
Lynette Helmer

Lynette began her career in the field of employee health and wellness over 27 years ago. After working with two Fortune 500 companies, she created Wellness Solutions, the health promotion company she sold to WorkCare in 2021 to further expand the business.
Lynette is passionate about preventing illness and injury through education, screening and empowering individuals to improve the quality of their lives. Her experience includes administering onsite fitness and wellness programs, teaching stress management and injury prevention strategies, and consulting with individuals on health and wellness-related issues. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and health promotion at Brigham Young University. Lynette’s certifications include ergonomics, functional movement, mindfulness-based stress reduction, nutrition, sleep and brain EEG/neurofeedback.
Brian Reich, M.Ed., ATC, CEAS
Senior Vice President - Programs & Operations - Prevention Services

Bryan serves as the Senior Vice President, Programs & Operations - Prevention Services. He was instrumental in the development and rapid growth of WorkCare's Industrial Athlete Program and served as its director for four years and VP for several more.
Bryan’s responsibilities include strategic oversight of the Industrial Athlete Program. His focus on Prevention Services includes collaboration with Wellness Solutions, a WorkCare Company, to create corporate-facing solutions, including a comprehensive ergonomics program, and developing a new approach to pre-hire evaluations. His industry experience includes job demand analyses, employee education and training, and consulting on workplace health risks. He joined WorkCare after managing an industrial athlete program at a major utility and serving as head athletic trainer for the State Center Community College District, Reedly, Calif. A Certified Athletic Trainer, he earned his Master of Science degree in kinesiology at the University of Texas at Tyler.
