Summary

In 2025, catastrophic floods claimed thousands of lives and displaced millions from the U.S. and East Africa to Australia and Nepal. Large-scale wildfires swept through regions like the Mediterranean and Southern California, and Hurricane Melissa tied for the strongest landfall ever on record in the Atlantic.

Extreme weather incidents like these damage critical infrastructure, disrupt supply chains, and drive costly downtime. As a result, organizations are now facing growing pressure to anticipate weather threats, communicate quickly, and coordinate effective responses.

Jason will be joined by Sara Pratley, Senior Vice President of Global Intelligence at AlertMedia, to show how organizations can use weather intelligence to strengthen preparedness, streamline communication, and build actionable response strategies.
