Summary

Ensuring OSHA readiness is about building safer, smarter, and more efficient workplaces, not just meeting compliance requirements. In this 45-minute educational session, Jason Hathcoat, Senior EHS Leader at Trane Technologies, will guide you through practical strategies to strengthen your safety documentation, streamline processes through automation, and improve communication across your organization.

You’ll learn:

  • Documentation Best Practices: How to organize and maintain records that stand up to OSHA audits.
  • Automation Advantages: Ways to reduce manual effort, eliminate errors, and accelerate compliance tasks.
  • Communication Improvements: Techniques to ensure critical safety information reaches the right people at the right time.

As a next step, we’ll highlight how Frontline makes it easy to move from theory to practice by digitizing your old forms with our Frontline EHS Challenge.
This initiative shows you firsthand how to transform outdated, manual processes into automated, digital workflows that save time, reduce risk, and improve readiness.

We’ll conclude with a live Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and explore how you can apply these strategies directly to your organization.
