Alvaro Fernandez, who runs SharpBrains, an independent market research firm tracking how neuroscience and neurotechnology can improve health and performance, first published “The Ten Habits of Highly Effective Brains” in 2007. The article was one of the Top 10 articles of 2015 on the SharpBrains web site and contains useful tips about keeping your brain youthful and active.
