The Mary Kay O’Connor Process Safety Center (MKOPSC) promotes safety as second nature in industry around the world with goals to prevent future accidents. This year’s symposium, “Beyond Regulatory Compliance, Making Safety Second Nature,” features three tracks with sessions focusing on reactive chemicals, incident surveillance, facility design, equipment integrity, risk analysis, human factors and more. John S. Bresland, CEO of the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board, is featured as one of the keynote speakers. Held in College Station, Texas.
