New Manager of Environmental Services at Clayton

Thomas P. Frazer has joined Clayton Group Services Inc., as manager of environmental services.

Clayton Group Services Inc., an environmental and health and safety firm, announced that Thomas P. Frazer has joined its staff as manager of environmental services.

Frazer will be Clayton's first environmental services manager in the Texas region, expanding the firm's scope of service in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

Frazer, a professional geologist and corrective action project manager, has more than 14 years experience in the environmental consulting industry specializing in environmental investigation, remediation and compliance.

His experience spans a wide range of industries including the industrial, petrochemical and manufacturing industries.

"We are delighted that we were able to recruit a technical manager with Tom's remediation background and diverse environmental experience. The addition of a strong technical manager will greatly benefit our growing clientele in the area," said Dwight Hoenig, vice president of environmental services for the western region.

Frazer's accomplishments include managing compliance audits and investigations for several Fortune 500 companies.

Frazer earned his bachelor's degree of Science in Geology with a minor in Hydrology from Rider University in New Jersey.
