Finding programs to address mental health issues in the workplace is difficult, but one company, Faith Technologies Inc., has found success. The company, which specializes in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation, recently won its fourth consecutive Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health, awarded by Mental Health America.

EHS Today wanted to find out the secret of their success, so we spoke with Rocky Rowlett, vice president of safety, and Alyssa Kwasny, wellness program coordinator.
