New Law Firm Handles Toxic Torts, Workers' Comp, More

A new Chicago law firm handles personal and commercial liability, workers' compensation cases, toxic torts, and employment liability.

There's a new kid in town.

Tucker Bower Robin & Romanek, LLC was formed last month in Chicago by founding partners Creed T. Tucker, Robert A. Bower, Barry A. Robin, Abbey F. Romanek and Timothy G. Merker. The partners are joined by attorneys Jeanne M. Miller, David L. Montenegro, Randall E. Server (of counsel), Mary Rosen Swanson (of counsel), and Rebecca A. Weber.

The firm specializes in medical and professional negligence; pharmaceutical, medical and other product liability; toxic torts; personal and commercial liability; insurance coverage litigation and workers compensation. It also handles employment liability, directors' and officers' liability, transportation litigation, construction liability and appeals.
