A number of great facility tours were scheduled as part of the 2015 Safety Leadership Conference, held Oct. 26-28 in Greenville, S.C. The 125 employees at Baldor Electric's Belton, S.C. facility have worked 4.5 million hours without a lost-time incident. That's 17 years without an injury that caused an employee to miss work. The employees and management of the facility have accomplished this feat through engagement, personal responsibility for safety, humor and training.
