Are You Adjusting Your Educational Requirements?

With an ongoing labor shortage, EHS Today wants to know what your company is doing to address this issue.

The labor market for EHS professionals is still tight. A recent survey, The Voice of the EHS 2026, from Intelex, found that 75% of respondents reported ongoing EHS talent shortages.

A majority (52%) of EHS professionals are over the age of 55, according to the EHS salary survey.  And 75 million baby boomers will retire by 2030.

So, things will not improve on their own. One strategy might be to change educational requirements.

 EHS Today wants to know what companies are doing to address this issue.
