A Phoenix-area landscaper died last week after losing his balance and falling headfirst into a wood chipper, according to news reports.

A Phoenix-area landscaper died last week after losing his balance and falling headfirst into a wood chipper, according to news reports.

The man, who worked for Phoenix Trim-a-Tree LLC, was part of a small landscaping crew using the wood chipper at a car dealership in Chandler, Ariz., outside Phoenix.

Tragically, the victim’s two sons were part of the crew and witnessed the man’s horrific death.
