Reminder: OSHA Form 300A Data Due Today

Today is the day! Employers must submit their required 2021 OSHA Form 300A injury and illness data today.

This deadline applies to companies with 250 or more employees that are currently required to maintain records as well as companies with 20-249 employees that are classified in certain industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.
